It all began when I found my first GameBoy in that gift-wrapped box sitting under our tree. That Winter day in 1995 changed my life forever–thank you mom.

Though I know in the future that I won’t be able to indulge so much of my time with this hobby, it will always be a part of what I do and love. =D

Here I am recording a “Current Playlist” to share what all I’m playing.

Games that BEAT, ME:

Mega Man – NES (on PS2)
They say the oldest games are the hardest, and this is no exception! While playing the Mega Man Collection on PS2, I was able to finish every Mega Man game from 2-8. The original is still too much for me to handle though. I’m sure if I give it some practice, I’ll be able to finish this game!

Rayman – PS1
Perhaps it’s because this was one of my first PlayStation games, or perhaps because I was only a kid then. Either way, I was never able to beat this game. It only drove me to the point of extreme frustration.

Legend of Zelda II – NES (on GBA)
This. Game. Is. Too. Hard. + teh countrollz r badd

Super Mario Bros. – NES (on GBA)
I know, I know. Mock me if you’d like. I just can NOT seem to beat this legendary game. I can get all the way to world 8-1 (using warps of course) and I’ve only made it to the world 8-4 castle ONCE. I just can’t seem to make the difficult jumps with old Mario’s lack of control. :( I have finished this game using a ROM with save files, though it’s not very challenging that way.

**NOTE:
In 2011, I finally beat this game on Wii: Super Mario All-Stars LE!! YES!!

Metal Gear Solid (PS1)
I would’ve finished this on PS1 but, my disc stop working; now I’m too lazy.

Metal Gear Solid: VR Missions (PS1)
This was fun for a bit but, got bored with it quite quickly. Made it a little over 75% though.

Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (PS2)
I don’t know why; I’m just not much into the MGS series. Ah well.

Crash Twinsanity (PS2)
I didn’t finish this one b/c it SUCKED. So much so that the majority of the game is NOT fun but, only annoyingly frustrating! (about half way? just got bored of it)

Disgaea DS
I made it a good ways into the game and then, got bored so, I put it down for a month or two. Picked it up again and about a month or so later, got bored and put it down again. In 2010 I picked it up one last time and decided that I would never finish it. The game has great characters and a funny story. It’s just all the grid-based strategy that gets boring for me. Disgaea is WAY too long; it’s just TOO EPIC for me to hold interest. Disgaea is great, but it’s not for me.
